the advertisements on the websites that you visit. That is how the website makes the pennies it needs to survive. Without advertising, everyone would need to pay to browse each and every website out there. So, don't go out of your way to block advertising, and don't ignore the advertising on a website. Would it kill you to look at the ads and consider their potential interest to you? It doesn't hurt you to look, and if you follow a link to an advertisement, the website you are on may make 50¢ - and if enough of those add up, they can pay their bills, and keep the website alive... Not such a bad thing afterall...
